Amtek Auto’s acquisition of an aluminium casting business lends scale to its own die-casting business. UK-based JL French (JLF) makes high pressure die-casting aluminum (HPDC) used by auto companies. This facility currently makes a variety of aluminum castings for auto majors like Land Rover, Jaguar, Ford and PSA (Peugeot).
