Auto ancillary company Amtek Auto on Tuesday said it acquired UK-based J L French’s (Witham) Ltd for an undisclosed amount to expand its customer base and product portfolio.
In a communique to the Bombay Stock Exchange, Amtek Auto said it has acquired the entire assets of J L French’s (Witham), engaged in manufacturing HPDC Aluminium for automotive application.
