Suzuki India (formerly Maruti Udyog) is planning to establish a joint venture (JV) company in financial and technical collaboration with Japanese component major Futaba Industrial Co, for manufacture and sale of exhaust system components for its cars, reports Business Line.
The estimated project cost will be about Rs 1,821.6 million, which includes equity and debt.
