Hero Honda posts 4.31 per cent rise in September sales

Country’s leading two-wheeler maker Hero Honda Motors on Monday reported a 4.31 per cent growth in sales during September.

The company said its total two-wheeler sales during the month stood at 3, 14,567 units against 3, 01,577 units in the same month last year, however, without disclosing the break up of its motorcycles and scooter sales. More

Hyundai Motor sales up 9.7% in September

Car major Hyundai Motor India on Monday reported a 9.7 per cent increase in domestic car sale in September compared to the same month last year.

The company said its overall sales stood a 27,514 units during the month against 26,491 units in the corresponding period last year, up 3.9 per cent.

Sales in the domestic market was up by 9.7 per cent at 8,009 nits, while exports stood at 9,505 units, it said. More
