Sops fuel to blend auto parts hubs

The government is considering a proposal to consolidate auto component manufacturing units in Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala and Tamil Nadu into hubs through a range of sops including affordable land, cheaper electricity and other infrastructure. Vishakhapatnam, Coimbatore and Cochin have been identified as locations for auto component clusters. Read more

BMW to recall 1,50,000 vehicles for airbag sensor problem
