“Definitely, we will come out with our trucks, but at the moment we will be focusing on chassis for bus applications for upper end segment,” Swaraj Mazda Managing Director Yash Mahajan told reporters here on Tuesday.
In the first phase, the company would lay emphasis on ultra-luxury buses, while in second phase, it would manufacture economy class buses. In the third phase, it would also make ordinary buses, he said. More

Recently the company reported a phenomenal jump in net profit for the quarter ended June 2007. During the quarter, the company saw 33.33 times rise in net profit to Rs 60 million from Rs 1.80 million in the same quarter, last year. The net sales for the quarter rose 29.55% to Rs 1,530 million compared with the corresponding quarter, a year ago. More
