Hampshire reach CB40 final despite Luke Wright century
Hampshire stayed on course for a limited overs double despite a second successive CB40 century by Luke Wright.
The Sussex opener followed his 101 not out against Kent with 122 off 100 balls at Hove but Sean Ervine took 3-36 as they were restricted to 219-8.
Michael Carberry (68) and James Vince (58) began the run chase by scoring at 10 an over in a stand of 129.
Jimmy Adams and Simon Katich guided the T20 champions to another final as they made 222-2 to win by eight wickets.
They will face Warwickshire in the final at Lord’s on 15 September. Read more
