Gambhir retains top position

Indian opener Gautam Gambhir retained his top spot in the ICC rankings for Test batsmen released on Monday.

Meanwhile teammate Virender Sehwag moved up a place to be at number four in the ICC rankings for Test batsmen.

Sehwag had last week stormed into the top five of the Test batsmen rankings after his superlative double-century (293) against Sri Lanka in the third Test in Mumbai. Read more
