India faces crucial match

It’s a do-or-die battle for India when they take on Sri Lanka on Friday, a league tie that they must win to avoid an inglorious exit from the cricket World Cup.

A sensational defeat against Bangladesh in an earlier league tie have left the Indians with a survival battle on their hands when they meet the rampaging Lankans.

Lankans have already qualified to the Super Eight, at the Queen’s Park Oval. Read more
