Sourav Ganguly came up with a Man-of-the-Match performance in his 300th ODI. He bagged two crucial breakthroughs in his economical spell of 26 runs from seven overs to dent England’s chase, after his 59 and 116-run opening stand with Sachin Tendulkar had set up the platform for a 300-plus total. Ganguly now needs one more wicket to join the exclusive club of players - only Tendulkar and Sanath Jayasuriya are its members so far - having 10,000 runs and 100 wickets in ODIs. Read more
