England brought in all-rounder Andrew Flintoff for the deciding one-dayer against India at Lord’s after he passed a late fitness test on his left ankle.
The 29-year-old Lancastrian missed Wednesday’s narrow defeat at The Oval but replaced Alastair Cook, with Luke Wright keeping his place in the team.
Flintoff’s return to fitness is a big boost for the hosts who were leading 3-1 at one stage in the series. Read more
