Pakistani bridal fashion boutique opens in Delhi

Fourteen Pakistani designers showed at The Hyatt Regency last night as part of a fashion show organized by the Pakistani Fashion Design Council (PFDC). The event is a prelude to the opening of the PFDC’s first flagship fashion boutique The Boulevard, in New Delhi today.

There was a sizeable celebrity contingent from Pakistan at the show, including pop singer Qurat-al-Ain and actors Mahira Khan and Sonya Jehan. Top models from both countries walked the ramp wearing well-known Pakistani labels like Sana Safinaz, Fahad Hussayn, Ayesha Hashwani and Umar Sayeed — all names to know.
