TOP 5 Milan S/S ‘09 Shows

There are some fashion shows that are said to have an effect on the season, to really set the tone of what the season will mean, and what the trends will be. One of these such shows is Prada. This season, Prada returns to the basics, but in such a desirable and feminine way. Trailing down the runways at Prada we see sexuality oozing from the clothes but not in a perverse way. Miuccia has somehow managed to create a controlled sexuality on her runway. The models looked feminine but not disheveled in the rumpled fabrics. The clothes themselves seemed to be almost falling off, but of course never did. The show was almost a demure tease in many ways, giving us a taste and leaving us wanting more! Read more
