Trash to take center stage at fashion show
A combination of imagination and miscellaneous stuff can win prizes in the upcoming West Virginia Recycles Re-Fashion Show at Charleston Town Center.
“This is the eighth year for the show and every year I’m amazed at what people come up with,” said Carol Throckmorton, chief of recycling, marketing and development for the West Virginia Solid Waste Management Board.
People create outfits from just about anything and she has the pictures to prove it from past shows. Read more
