Startup in Sunnyvale helps designers refine fashion offerings
UsTrendy Inc. operates an online business that combines a place for aspiring fashion designers to see how the public reacts to their work and a place for them to sell and promote their products. Designers can upload their designs on the UsTrendy Web site for other users to view and vote for their favorites. The top-rated clothing is then produced and promoted by UsTrendy. In a year, the site has had more than 300,000 designs loaded. In addition, the site has hosted several large fashion design competitions garnering hundreds of thousands of votes per competition. UsTrendy lists thousands of items available for sale in its e-commerce marketplace. Read more
