Designers gear up for Fashion Week
Six leading designers of Vietnam’s two premier fashion companies, Viet Tien and Viet Thang, and 16 freelance designers will take part in Vietnam Fashion Week Spring-Summer 2010 in HCM City on December 11-12.
The catwalk event will feature nearly 1,000 designs made with high-quality materials, including metallic fabrics in bright colours, and checked and striped patterns.
The event is organised by the consulate, the Vietnam National Textile and Garment Group (Vinatex), the Vietnam Textile and Apparel Association (Vitas), the Vietnam Leather and Footwear Association (Lefaso) and the Vietnam Fashion and Design institute (Fadin). Read more
